We are seeking a proactive and people-focused US Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and attracting qualified talent, evaluating candidates, coordinating the hiring process, and ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client and internal hiring requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Review and evaluate resumes to identify candidates who align with specific job requirements.
- Conduct initial screening calls and interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and suitability.
- Shortlist and present qualified candidates to hiring managers based on role requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records, databases, and recruitment trackers.
- Communicate regularly with candidates and provide timely updates throughout the recruitment process.
- Handle offer discussions, required documentation, and joining formalities.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Build positive relationships with candidates and ensure a professional and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Requirements
- Prior experience in US recruitment, staffing, talent acquisition, or a similar role .
- Robust verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent candidate sourcing and screening capabilities.
- Ability to handle multiple open positions and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented recruitment environment.
