- Handle manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and retention.
- Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
- Monitor attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HR MIS.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company HR policies.
- Drive performance management, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate with department heads for staffing and HR requirements.
- Prepare and present HR reports and manpower dashboards to management.
- Support implementation of HR policies, processes, and organizational initiatives.
