Position Overview

Assistant Manager /Deputy Manager Mechanical & HVAC Project Execution will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing HVAC and mechanical works at project sites, ensuring quality delivery within timelines and budget. The role involves handling installation, testing, commissioning, vendor coordination, and compliance with safety and project standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage execution of HVAC and mechanical works including ducting, piping, chilled water systems, ventilation, and equipment installation.
2. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
3. Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project schedules.
4. Monitor site progress, manpower productivity, material availability, and daily work planning.
5. Supervise testing, balancing, and commissioning activities of HVAC systems.
6. Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and statutory compliance at site.

Review shop drawings, technical submittals, and method statements before execution.
8. Track project timelines, prepare progress reports, and resolve site execution issues proactively.
9. Coordinate with electrical, civil, plumbing, and interior teams for integrated project delivery.
10. Support billing verification, quantity reconciliation, and project documentation activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 7-10 years of experience in HVAC & mechanical project execution.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation standards, and site coordination.
- Experience in commercial, hospital, industrial, or real estate projects preferred.
- Valuable communication, planning, and team management skills.
