Key Responsibilities

- Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand the company's business network.
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and other business development activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and customers.
- Conduct product presentations and explain the perks of the company's offerings.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into successful sales.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and timely project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Represent the company professionally and uphold its values in every customer interaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.




- 1 to 3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and field sales activities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Valid two-wheeler and driving license preferred.
