Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator / Junior Project Manager to support project planning, coordination, and execution.
The candidate will work closely with project managers, internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth project operations, timely delivery, and proper documentation.
Requirements
• Female candidate preferred
• 2–3 years of experience as Project Coordinator / Project Support / Junior Project Manager
• Experience in engineering, ELV, construction, or technical industry will be preferred
• Solid Microsoft Excel skills for reporting, data management, and project tracking
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage project documentation
• Willingness to travel within Delhi NCR for project coordination if required Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate with project teams, clients, and vendors for smooth project execution
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and Excel trackers
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Assist the Project Manager in project planning, scheduling, and execution
• Track project progress and highlight any delays or issues • Ensure effective communication between internal teams and external stakeholders
• Prepare MIS reports, project updates, and status reports
• Support in site coordination and follow-ups with vendors/contractors when required
