- Operate packaging machines to produce high-quality packaged products in accordance with company standards.
- Monitor machine performance, identify issues, and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment functionality.
- Collaborate with production team members to optimize packaging processes and improve productivity.
- Maintain accurate records of production data, including batch numbers, product codes, and quality control checks.
Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in food processing or related industry.
- Robust knowledge of packaging operations and machinery operation.
- Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications for machine setup and troubleshooting purposes.
