Role Overview

We are looking for experienced banking professionals who combine deep domain expertise with robust consulting capabilities. As a Lead Functional Consultant, you will partner with leading global banks to transform how they design and manage banking products, pricing, billing, rates, and customer relationships. You'll work closely with senior client stakeholders, product teams, and engineering to translate complex business challenges into scalable platform solutions using the Zafin SaaS platform.

Responsibilities

- Lead client discovery workshops and consulting engagements.
- Analyze business processes, identify opportunities, and recommend scalable solutions.
- Translate business requirements into functional designs using the Zafin SaaS platform.
- Configure banking products, pricing, rates, fees, and business rules.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams to deliver successful implementations.
- Support SIT, UAT, production readiness, and client adoption.
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as a strategic banking advisor.

Requirements

We're looking for professionals with strong experience in Retail, Corporate, or Commercial Banking and a proven track record in banking consulting or transformation initiatives.

Ideal candidates will have experience in:

- Banking product and pricing
- Rates, fees, and billing
- Deposits and payments
- Core banking transformation
- Business process transformation
- Functional consulting and stakeholder management

The ideal candidate is comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, facilitating workshops, solving complex business challenges, and translating business needs into technology solutions.
