We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Associate - Administration (Ticketing) to support our travel operations function. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in corporate travel management, ticketing, and administration, with the ability to manage high-volume travel requests efficiently.
The role involves end-to-end travel coordination, bulk ticket bookings, stakeholder management, and ensuring seamless travel arrangements for employees and business associates.
Role & responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end domestic and international travel ticket bookings.
- Handle bulk ticket booking requirements with accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate with airlines, travel agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders for travel arrangements.
- Process ticket modifications, cancellations, refunds, and travel-related queries.
- Maintain travel records, reports, and MIS data.
- Ensure timely resolution of travel-related concerns while delivering a high level of customer service.
- Support administrative activities related to travel operations.
- Adhere to organizational travel policies and procedures.
- Work collaboratively across teams to meet business travel requirements.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Administration, Travel Desk, Ticketing, or Travel Operations.
- Experience in handling domestic and international travel bookings.
- Prior experience with corporate travel management, airlines, travel agencies, or travel desk operations will be preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requests simultaneously.
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts.
- Willingness to work on a third-party payroll arrangement.
