- Lead a team of engineers to design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and reliable software products using Python and microservices architecture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify product requirements and prioritize features based on business needs.
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of the distributed system by monitoring Kafka queues and implementing fault tolerance mechanisms.
- Develop technical roadmaps for new features and enhancements that align with company goals.
Job Requirements :
- 10-15 years of experience in product engineering or related field.
- Solid understanding of Python programming language and its ecosystem (e.g., Django).
- Experience with distributed systems design principles, including scalability considerations.
- Proficiency in working with Kafka messaging queues for building real-time data pipelines.
