Job Summary

Lufera Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on SEO, social media, and digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for boosting online visibility, generating inbound leads, and managing social presence across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO strategies.
- Optimize websites, blogs, and landing pages for higher SERP rankings.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEMrush.
- Build backlinks through ethical off-page SEO techniques.

- Social Media Management

- Plan, create, and post content across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X (Twitter).
- Run targeted paid campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Engage with followers, respond to queries, and build brand awareness.
- Track and report social media KPIs and campaign performance.

- Content Marketing

- Collaborate with the design and content team to create posts, blogs, videos, and reels.
- Ensure content is aligned with SEO goals and brand guidelines.
- Maintain a content calendar and suggest content strategies for engagement.

- Email Performance Marketing





- Support in creating email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp or Zoho Campaigns.
- Assist in running Google Ads and retargeting campaigns.
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly.

- Branding Analytics

- Maintain a consistent visual identity across platforms.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated on trends in SEO, social, and digital marketing to improve campaign results.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in SEO and social media marketing.
- Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, and SEMrush/Ahrefs.
- Basic knowledge of WordPress or website CMS is a plus.
- Solid communication, creative thinking, and time management skills.
