Job Responsibilities:

1. Resolve customer complaints via Chat & Call.
2. Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
3. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional support.

Job Requirements: Excellent command on spoken English with fluency.

Flexibility to work in 24/7 setting

Compensation and work schedule: Salary: 40K - 51K CTC + Incentives

5 Days Working

Rotational Shifts (US Process)

Rotational Week Offs
