1. General Manager / Director – Business Operations

- Experience in education, training, EdTech, corporate training or business development.
- Strong leadership, team management and business-growth skills.
- Responsible for revenue, operations, partnerships and overall branch growth.

2. HR & Business Development Manager

- Experience in recruitment, HR operations, B2B/B2C business development and team handling.
- Ability to build corporate, college and institutional relationships.
- Manage recruitment, employee coordination and business targets.

3. HR Executive / HR Recruiter

- Handle recruitment, screening, interviews, onboarding and employee coordination.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in education/training recruitment will be preferred.

4. Business Development Executive (BDE)

- Generate leads through field visits, calling, institutional visits and digital channels.
- Promote CertED training, certification and career programs.




- Achieve monthly admission and business targets.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

5. Senior Admission Counselor

- Counsel students regarding IT, CAD/CAM/CAE, Data Analytics, Software, Engineering and career-oriented programs.
- Convert leads into admissions through effective counseling and follow-up.
- Handle student/parent queries and maintain admission records.
- Prior experience in education sales/admission counseling preferred.

- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach
- Team management and coordination
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM
- Experience in Education, EdTech, Training, Staffing or Corporate Sales will be an advantage.
