Role Description The Unit Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Agra, responsible for overseeing a team that promotes and sells life insurance solutions. The role includes managing daily sales activities, guiding team members in achieving business targets, and ensuring adherence to company processes and compliance standards.

The Unit

Manager will drive customer acquisition, maintain strong relationships with existing customers, and support them in selecting appropriate insurance products aligned with their needs.



Typical duties include monitoring performance metrics, coaching team members, conducting regular review meetings, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and preparing reports on unit performance.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and business development skills, with experience in achieving and exceeding targets in insurance.
- Team leadership and people management capabilities, including coaching, performance monitoring, and motivation of sales teams.
- Customer relationship management skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable life insurance solutions.
- Operational and compliance awareness, including adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in explaining financial concepts clearly and professionally.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field; relevant certifications in insurance or financial services are an advantage.
- Prior experience in life insurance, banking, or financial services in a supervisory or unit management role is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Agra, with strong organizational skills and a results-focused mindset.
