Designation – ( Assistant Manager ) - Unit Manager Insurance, (B2B) Sales
Salary – CTC 5.89 Lac +( Performance bonus up to 8 Monthly CTC )
+ Mobile Allowance + Traveling expense.
Qualification – Graduation + 5 Years or P.G + 2 years of experience in insurance
Job Profile :
Primary Role
- To develop the insurance business in the assigned area by supporting the Sales Team.
- Strategic planning for business development of insurance products in coordination with the Sales head of the region.
- Training of the sales team and advisors on Products, Processes, and Policies as defined by Head office.
- Relationship building with insurance companies and lionizing for activity management. • Review of the Sales team on insurance product Sales.
- Activity Planning, Execution, and overall management.
Secondary Role
- Operational Assistance to various mapped branches for logins and issuance.
- Involvement in doing Business Opportunity Presentations for bringing new advisors into the business.
