UX/UI Designer Digital Products

Job Summary

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to design intuitive, user-centric digital experiences across App and Web products. The role will involve creating user flows, wireframes and high-fidelity designs, working with cross-functional teams, and using customer insights and data to continuously improve digital journeys.

Key Responsibilities

- Design user-centric App & Web experiences, including user flows, wireframes and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Create and maintain designs in Figma, aligned with established design systems and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with Product, Technology, Analytics and Business teams to translate requirements into effective design solutions.
- Conduct/support user research, usability testing and A/B testing to validate design decisions.
- Use customer and behavioural data to identify pain points and improve digital journeys.
- Develop interactive prototypes and explore AI-based design/prototyping tools to improve design efficiency.
- Ensure consistency across UI, interaction patterns and customer journeys.
- Stay updated on UX/UI, AI tools,



design trends and industry best practices.

Key Requirements

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Design (UX/UI, Interaction Design, HCI) or a related field from a recognized design institute.
- 5-8 years of relevant UX/UI design experience, preferably in digital products.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Figma and familiarity with AI-based design/prototyping tools.
- Valuable understanding of design systems, interaction design, visual design and prototyping.
- Exposure to user research, usability testing and A/B testing.
- Ability to interpret customer/behavioural data and apply insights to design decisions.
- Strong communication, collaboration and attention to detail.
- BFSI / FinTech / financial services digital product experience is an added advantage.
- Curiosity and passion for UX/UI, AI and emerging design trends.
