About the Role

We are looking for a creative, product-focused UI/UX Designer to join our product team.

We are not looking for someone whose primary strength is simply knowing design tools. With AI making design tools increasingly accessible, we believe the real value of a designer comes from creativity, design thinking, problem-solving, user understanding, and the ability to turn ideas into useful products.

You will work on digital products across multiple platforms, including SaaS applications, web applications, mobile apps, dashboards, internal tools, and customer-facing products.

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 3 years of professional UI/UX design experience
- Strong creative and visual design skills
- Strong UX and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to understand products and design around real user needs
- Ability to create modern, simple, intuitive, and practical interfaces
- Experience creating:
- User flows
- Wireframes
- Prototypes
- High-fidelity UI designs
- Experience designing for web, mobile, SaaS, and responsive platforms
- Good understanding of information architecture and user journeys
- Ability to work closely with developers and product teams
- Ability to take a product from idea → UX → UI → development-ready design
- Ability to explain the reasoning behind design decisions
- Strong attention to detail and consistency

You may work across a variety of products, including:

- SaaS products
- Web applications
- Mobile applications
- Admin dashboards
- Customer-facing applications
- Internal business tools
- Responsive websites
- Design systems
- Reusable UI components

As a product company, you will have the opportunity to work on different products, platforms, and design challenges , rather than working on the same type of interface every day.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of relevant UI/UX experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating real-world product design
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles
- Excellent visual design sense
- Strong creativity and attention to detail
- Understanding of user flows and information architecture
- Experience designing for both web and mobile
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with Figma or similar design tools
