Role Description The Travel Sales & Operations Executive is a full-time, in office role based in the Pune Division. This role involves handling client inquiries, understanding travel preferences, and recommending suitable surprise trip packages. The executive manages end-to-end booking processes, including itinerary planning, vendor coordination, reservations, and documentation.

Daily tasks include following up with leads, closing sales, maintaining customer records, and ensuring smooth trip execution. The role also requires resolving customer concerns,



collaborating with internal teams to improve services, and contributing to sales targets and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with travelers and partners.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales and Sales Operations skills to convert leads, manage pipelines, and support revenue growth.
- Candidates should possess good Analytical Skills to interpret client needs, optimize itineraries, and evaluate sales and operations data.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with basic office software and travel booking tools, and strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Relevant experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality, and a bachelor’s degree in any discipline are beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune Division, adapt to a dynamic environment, and maintain a client-focused approach is essential.
