Role Description This is a full time, on-site Travel Specialist role based in Gurugram.

The Travel

Specialist will assist customers in planning, customizing, and booking domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities. Daily responsibilities include managing travel inquiries, providing destination and itinerary recommendations, and ensuring accurate and timely travel arrangements. The role involves coordinating business and leisure travel, monitoring bookings,



handling changes or cancellations, and providing proactive updates and support before and during trips.

The Travel

Specialist will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality service and maintain strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

- Ability to manage comprehensive travel arrangements, including Travel Arrangements and Travel Management.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to support travelers throughout their journey.
- Experience handling Business Travel requirements and corporate itineraries.
- Knowledge of booking tools, GDS or travel platforms, and familiarity with domestic and international destinations.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple itineraries simultaneously.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Prior experience in a travel agency, tour operator, or corporate travel role is preferred.
- Relevant education in hospitality, tourism, business, or a related field is an advantage.
