About Travora Trips
Travora Trips is a travel company creating group travel experiences where strangers travel together and become friends.
We are looking for an energetic Travel Sales Consultant who loves talking to people, understands sales and can convert travel enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Role & Responsibilities
- Handle incoming leads received through WhatsApp, calls and social media.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable trips.
- Explain destinations, itineraries, inclusions, pricing and booking process.
- Follow up consistently with interested and hot leads.
- Convert enquiries into paid bookings.
- Handle customer objections and negotiate effectively within company guidelines.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups and booking status.
- Follow up for pending payments and booking confirmations.
- Coordinate with the operations team/B2B partners after booking.
- Maintain professional and friendly communication with customers.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with current people on calls and WhatsApp.
- Strong sales and conversion mindset.
- Good follow-up skills — don't let interested leads go cold.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Passion for travel and knowledge/interest in popular travel destinations.
- Ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
- Previous experience in travel sales, telecalling, inside sales or customer sales is preferred, but not mandatory for the right candidate.
Working Style
- Full-time Work From Home
- Flexible working hours
- Travel enquiries can come throughout the day.
- New leads are expected to be responded to within 5 minutes whenever the consultant is active/available.
- Strong availability during peak enquiry hours, including evenings, is expected.
- Occasional urgent booking enquiries may require attention outside regular working hours.
Compensation ₹8,000 Fixed + Good Incentive on confirmed paid booking
Performance-based growth opportunities available.
Target
Minimum target: 40 confirmed paid bookings/month The role is highly sales-focused, so performance and conversion will be important.
