In this role, you will assist international travelers with customized flight bookings, itineraries, and travel arrangements from the comfort of your home. You will handle inbound and outbound client communication, search and compare global flight routes, and deliver exceptional service to close sales.

Key Responsibilities Client Consultation: Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budgets. Flight &

• Itinerary Planning: Search, analyze, and book international flight itineraries, layovers, and baggage options to provide optimal travel solutions. Sales &

• Negotiation: Offer competitive travel packages, explain fare rules/restrictions, and finalize bookings.

Customer Support: Assist clients with rescheduling, cancellations, itinerary updates, and post-booking inquiries.

Pipeline Management: Maintain consistent follow-ups with leads and build long-term relationships for repeat bookings and referrals.

What We Are Looking For Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written English communication (additional languages are a plus).

• Sales-Oriented: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and close deals over the phone. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating travel search engines, booking systems, CRM tools, or GDS platforms. Self-Motivated: High level of discipline and time management suited for a remote, independent working environment.

Prior Experience: Experience in travel sales, international flight ticketing, call center/BPO, or customer service is preferred, but motivated freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply. Technical &
