Answer customer queries professionally and promptly. Build trust with potential travellers through genuine consultation. Follow up with leads regularly until they make a booking decision. Convert qualified enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Maintain accurate records of enquiries, bookings, and follow-ups using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

Coordinate with the operations team whenever required to ensure a smooth booking experience.

What We're Looking For Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi. Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel packages. Friendly, patient, and confident personality.

Passion for travel (knowledge of Northeast India will be an added advantage). Self-motivated, responsible, and target-oriented. Good organisational and follow-up skills. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

Prior experience in travel sales, hospitality, customer service, or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
