Qualifications

- Diploma, Graduate, or Postgraduate candidates.

- 0–2 years of experience in the hospitality sector.

- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Tamil, with professional fluency in English.

Responsibilities

- Handle inbound calls and convert call in to booking.

- Manage and respond to incoming service calls.

- Demonstrate strong listening skills, eagerness to learn, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team.

- Maintain exceptional attention to detail.

- Understand and evaluate customer needs to ensure their satisfaction.

- Build lasting relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.

- Provide accurate, reliable, and comprehensive information about our holiday homes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
