Job Title: Travel Consultant – Holiday Packages

About the Role

Yathrawala Holidays is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Travel Consultant to handle holiday package enquiries and convert potential leads into successful bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp and direct office visits.
- Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable domestic and international holiday packages.
- Explain itineraries, package inclusions, pricing and travel details clearly to customers.
- Prepare quotations and customized tour packages based on customer requirements.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain good relationships with customers and provide professional support throughout the booking process.




- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth execution of confirmed bookings.
- Maintain proper records of enquiries, follow-ups and sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements

- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong interest in travel, tourism and sales.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to use WhatsApp, email and online systems.
- Ability to confidently communicate with customers and close sales.
- Previous experience in travel/tourism or holiday package sales is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and sales skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
