Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote transplant services and increase patient referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, referral networks, and other healthcare professionals.
- Identify and develop current referral sources for transplant programs.
- Coordinate with internal clinical and non-clinical teams to support the complete patient journey.
- Conduct regular visits to referral hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals to create awareness about transplant services.
- Organize and participate in health camps, doctor meets, awareness programs, CMEs, and other outreach activities.
- Generate leads and ensure timely follow-up and conversion of prospective transplant patients.
- Work closely with the transplant coordination team to facilitate smooth communication and patient movement.




- Maintain regular interaction with patients and attendants to understand their requirements and provide appropriate guidance regarding hospital services.
- Track referral sources, patient enquiries, conversions, and other marketing metrics.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, referrals, leads, and business performance.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities for transplant services.
- Develop and maintain a strong network within the healthcare community to strengthen the hospital's transplant program.
- Support digital and offline marketing initiatives, including patient awareness campaigns and transplant-related communication.
- Ensure all marketing activities are aligned with hospital policies, ethical standards, and applicable healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with senior management and clinical teams to achieve transplant program growth and business objectives.
- Represent the hospital professionally during external meetings, events, conferences, and healthcare networking activities.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
