About the Role

We are looking for a Training & Research Coordinator who is curious about technology, enjoys research and has an interest in the cybersecurity and professional training ecosystem.

What You Will Do

Training & Market Research

- Research emerging technologies, cybersecurity domains, certifications and industry trends.
- Identify new course, workshop and bootcamp opportunities based on market demand.
- Research competitor training programs, certifications, pricing, formats and offerings.
- Identify gaps and opportunities in our existing training portfolio.
- Track new certifications and technologies relevant to the IT and cybersecurity market.

Trainer & Resource Research

- Research and identify suitable trainers, instructors and cybersecurity professionals.
- Build and maintain a database of relevant industry experts and trainers.
- Evaluate trainer profiles based on technical expertise, certifications, industry experience and training capability.
- Reach out to potential trainers and coordinate with them regarding training opportunities.
- Share suitable trainer/resource profiles with the Training & Academics team.

Reporting & Coordination

- Prepare simple and actionable market research reports and recommendations.
- Present findings on new technologies, certifications, competitors and potential training programs.
- Maintain updated research databases, trainer information and course/market trackers.




- Coordinate with internal teams to support new course and program development.

What We're Looking For

Must Have

- 0–3 years of experience in research, training coordination, L&D;, technical recruitment, resource sourcing, market research or a related area.
- Strong internet research and information-gathering skills.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Ability to communicate professionally with trainers and industry professionals.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and presentation tools.
- Solid curiosity about technology and willingness to learn the cybersecurity ecosystem.
- Ability to work independently, organise information and meet deadlines.
- Good to Have
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, IT, cloud, data privacy, GRC, networking or related technology areas.
- Experience in training/L&D; coordination.
- Experience in technical recruitment or trainer/resource sourcing.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, ISO 27001, CEH, CompTIA Security+ or similar is an add-on.
- Experience with competitor research or market research.

Freshers are welcome if they have relevant internships, academic projects, certifications or demonstrated interest/knowledge in IT or cybersecurity.

Candidates currently based in Thiruvananthapuram or nearby locations will be preferred. Candidates willing to relocate to Thiruvananthapuram may also apply.
