- CNC Drawing Preparation – Prepare accurate 2D/3D drawings and CNC-ready drawings based on product requirements.
- CNC Programming – Create and modify CNC programs according to approved drawings, dimensions, and material specifications.
- Drawing Verification – Check dimensions, measurements, tolerances, and specifications before sending drawings/programs for production.
- Production Coordination – Coordinate with the Production, Design, and Engineering teams to ensure drawings and CNC programs meet production requirements.
- Machine Setup Support – Assist operators in CNC machine setup, tool selection, and program loading when required.
- Program Testing &
- Modification – Test CNC programs and make necessary corrections based on production requirements or machine output.
- Process Improvement – Identify drawing or programming errors and support improvements in CNC machining accuracy, efficiency, and production time.
- Material &
- Tool Specification – Ensure the correct material, cutting tools, dimensions, and machining parameters are considered in drawings and programs.
- Learning &
- Development – Learn CNC design software, programming methods, machine operations, and company production standards under the guidance of senior designers/engineers.
