Role Description The Trainee Civil & Structural Engineer role is a full-time, in office position based in Raipur. The trainee will assist senior engineers with structural and civil design tasks, including drafting, analysis, and preparation of calculations for RCC and steel structures, foundations, and infrastructure elements.



Daily responsibilities include supporting project planning, reviewing drawings, coordinating with internal teams, and preparing technical documentation and reports.

The role also involves learning relevant design codes and standards, participating in site visits when required, and contributing to quality checks to ensure accuracy and constructibility of engineered solutions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Civil Engineering design and structural analysis for buildings and infrastructure. Should have good command over subjects like Structural analysis and Concrete and Steel Design.
- Candidates should possess foundational Civil Engineering knowledge and be able to work as part of a team of Civil Engineers.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to learn quickly under guidance.
