Town of Current Canaan, CT – Request for Proposals, Village District Design Guidelines
October 1, 2026 by APA-MA Administrator The Town of New Canaan is seeking the services of a qualified professional planning consulting firm and/or architectural design firm to assist with the comprehensive review and update of the Town’s Village District Design Guidelines in accordance with Section 8-2j of the Connecticut General Statutes.

Proposals for the request should be submitted by no later than Monday November 2nd at 3pm, and should be sent to Sarah Carey, Town Planner, at
[email protected]. Only electronic submittals in PDF format shall be accepted. Proposals submitted after the time specified above will not be accepted or reviewed by the Town.
