TPM Supervisor — Total Process Management

Per-Product Process Tracking

- Issue and track a Process Card / Job Traveler for every product order through all manufacturing stages: Store, Welding, Powder Coating, Plating, CNC Machining, Final Inspection, Packing, and Dispatch.
- Capture in-time and out-time at each stage to measure manufacturing lead time per product.
- Record machine used, operator/labor assigned, quantity processed, and shop floor location at every stage.
- Calculate stage-wise cost — machine running cost + labor cost + overhead — per product.
- Track queue/wait time between stages to identify bottlenecks in production flow.
- Measure dispatch period — calendar days from order confirmation to goods dispatched — per customer order.
- Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Report TPM progress, KPI dashboards, and process performance metrics to the Head of TQM on a regular basis.
- Maintain TPM documentation — process cards, maintenance logs,



KPI registers, and management review reports.
- Conduct daily shop floor walks, 5S audits, and Kaizen suggestion reviews.
- Drive continuous improvement projects to reduce manufacturing time, cost, and waste per product.
- Train and mentor operators on process card usage, TPM principles, and equipment care.
- Qualifications & Experience
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Diploma equivalent considered with relevant experience).
- TPM / Process Skills: Hands-on experience with TPM pillars, OEE tracking, PM scheduling, process card / job traveler systems, and KPI dashboards.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
