Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML solutions on AWS, with a solid focus on AML (Anti-Money Laundering), Fraud Detection, and Agentic AI capabilities. Drive end-to-end delivery of intelligent systems, from business problem identification through production deployment and continuous optimization.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and implementation of AI/ML solutions on AWS

- Experience in AML and Fraud typologies

- Experience creating and executing simulation models.

- Build predictive, classification, recommendation, forecasting, and optimization models.

- Develop scalable ML pipelines for data ingestion, feature engineering, training, deployment, and monitoring.

- Drive end-to-end AI project delivery from discovery through production deployment





- Design and implement autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, memory management, and tool orchestration.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, architects, and product teams to deliver scalable AI-driven solutions.

- Build multi-agent systems for workflow automation and intelligent decision support.

- Develop AI workloads using

- AWS SageMaker

- Amazon Bedrock

- AWS Lambda

- Implement model monitoring, drift detection, retraining, and governance frameworks.
