We are looking for experienced Software Testers / QA Professionals with 4–8 years of experience in Banking / BFSI applications. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Manual and Functional Testing along with good understanding of banking and financial business workflows.
Preferred Domain Experience
Candidates with experience in any of the following domains are preferred:
- MSB
- Corporate Banking
- Retail Banking / Credit Cards
- Car Leasing / Auto Finance
- Personal Finance / Consumer Finance
Key Responsibilities
- Understand business requirements and prepare test scenarios and test cases.
- Execute Functional, System, Integration and Regression Testing.
- Perform end-to-end testing of banking and financial workflows.
- Identify, document, track and retest defects.
- Participate in defect triage and UAT activities.
- Coordinate with Developers, Business Analysts and stakeholders.
- Prepare test execution reports and testing documentation.
- Ensure testing activities are completed within project timelines.
Required Skills
• 4–8 years of experience in Software Testing / QA.
- Strong hands-on experience in Manual & Functional Testing.
- Good understanding of SDLC and STLC.
- Experience in Test Case Design, Test Execution and Defect Management.
- Good knowledge of banking / BFSI processes.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
