Role Description

This is a full time on-site role for a Tender Executive at Dataviv Technologies in Mumbai. The Tender Executive will manage the end-to-end process of tender submissions, including documentation, compliance, and coordination with internal teams. They will also be involved in analyzing tender requirements, preparing pricing strategies, and ensuring timely submissions.Key Responsibilities:

- Tender Management:
- Identify and analyze tender opportunities on GeM and other related platforms.
- Review tender documents, terms, and conditions to ensure compliance with requirements.
- Prepare and submit high-quality tender proposals within deadlines.
- Bidding Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective bidding strategies to increase the chances of winning tenders.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to gather necessary information for tender submissions.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.




- GeM Platform Expertise:
- Post and manage product/service listings on the GeM platform.
- Keep up-to-date with GeM policies, procedures, and updates.
- Handle queries and clarifications related to tenders on GeM and other platforms.
- Collaboration and Coordination:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, finance, and legal, to ensure alignment on tender requirements.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address any issues or concerns related to tender submissions.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of all tender-related activities and documentation.
- Provide regular updates and reports on tender progress and outcomes to management.
- Analyze feedback and results from past tenders to improve future submissions.
- Target Achievement:
- Achieve a minimum of three successful bids annually.
- Monitor the performance of submitted tenders and work towards enhancing win rates.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹16,751.56 - ₹58,773.19 per month
