Job Responsibilities
- Domestic & international tour packages ke enquiries handle karna
- Customers ko tour packages explain karna
- Customer requirement ke according itinerary aur package suggest karna
- Hotel, cab, sightseeing, activities aur other travel arrangements coordinate karna
- Customized tour packages prepare karna
- Package quotations banana aur customers ke saath share karna
- WhatsApp, calls aur social media se aane wali enquiries ka timely follow-up karna
- Leads ko booking mein convert karne ke liye regular follow-up karna
- Booking confirmation, advance payment aur travel details ka record maintain karna
- Hotels, transport vendors aur other travel partners ke saath coordination karna
- Existing customers se feedback aur repeat bookings ke liye follow-up karna
Candidate Requirements:
- Tour & Travel industry ka basic knowledge
- Domestic destinations ki knowledge
- Positive communication & convincing skills
- Customer handling aur sales follow-up ka experience
- WhatsApp & basic computer knowledge
- MS Excel/Word ki basic knowledge
- Target-oriented approach
Experience: 1–3 years preferred
Travel agency / tour operator / travel sales experience preferred.
Salary
₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month
(Experience & sales performance ke according)
