- Make outbound calls and follow up with customers.
- Explain products/services and handle queries.
- Generate and qualify leads.
- Maintain customer records and call details.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of Telecalling experience.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Hindi/English required; Marathi is an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive and target-oriented approach.
