- Outbound & Inbound Calling: Making proactive calls to cold or warm leads (cold calling, follow-ups) and handling incoming queries from interested clients.
- Pitching & Promoting: Explaining the features, perks, pricing, and details of company products or services using structured scripts or guidelines.
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Identifying potential customer needs, qualifying prospects, and passing hot leads or setting up appointments for the field sales team.
- Data Management: Updating customer details, logging call outcomes, and maintaining daily records accurately in CRM software or spreadsheets.
- Target Achievement: Meeting daily, weekly, or monthly targets for call volume, lead conversions, or sales quotas.
