SALES EXECUTIVE – UAE DEBT MANAGEMENT PROCESS Company: Wiz International Services Location: Bangalore, India Department: Sales Employment Type: Full-Time About the RoleWiz International Services is looking for highly motivated and target-driven Sales Executives to join our growing sales team handling customers seeking assistance with credit card and personal loan liabilities in the UAE . The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, financially motivated, and comfortable speaking with customers, understanding their financial concerns, and converting qualified leads into successful customers. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

Understand the customer's financial situation, including credit card and personal loan obligations. Explain the company's debt-management solutions clearly and confidently. Build trust and establish strong relationships with prospective customers.

Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions. Follow up consistently with interested and potential customers. Convert qualified leads into customers and achieve monthly sales targets.

Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity in the CRM/system. Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions. Coordinate with Presales, Customer Service, and Negotiation teams when required.

Ensure all customer communication is professional, accurate, and compliant with company processes. Maintain a strong pipeline and continuously work towards improving conversion rates. Meet daily call, follow-up, conversion, and revenue targets.

Candidate

RequirementsExcellent communication skills, especially spoken English . Strong convincing and negotiation abilities. Previous experience in sales, telecalling,



banking, financial services, loans, credit cards, insurance, or debt management will be an advantage.

Candidates with strong sales ability and a proven track record of achieving targets are preferred. Ability to understand customer problems and present solutions effectively. Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.

Comfortable working in a target-driven environment. Positive attitude, discipline, and willingness to learn. High level of motivation to earn through incentives and performance.
