We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telesales Executive to generate leads, connect with prospective customers over the phone, understand their requirements, and convert leads into sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain products/services clearly and address customer queries.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Convert leads into successful sales and achieve assigned targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales in the CRM.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Handle customer objections professionally and work toward closing sales.
- Follow up regularly with interested and pending leads.
- Coordinate with the sales and customer-support teams when required.
- Provide daily/weekly reports on calling activity and sales performance.

Qualification
- 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers can apply; telesales/sales experience will be an advantage.
