- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and pitch suitable loan products.
- Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility.
- Generate and follow up on leads through telecalling.
- Convert prospects into business by effectively handling queries and objections.
- Achieve assigned calling, lead generation, and business targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Candidate Requirements
- 6 months–2 years of relevant Telesales/Inside Sales experience.
- Mandatory experience in PL/BL/HL/LAP telesales.
- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented with the ability to handle high-volume calling.
