We are hiring a Telesales Executive to connect with potential customers, explain our products, generate business opportunities, and convert leads into sales.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain product features, perks, and solutions.
- Conduct product explanations and presentations over calls.
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Handle customer queries and support the sales conversion process.
- Achieve assigned sales and calling targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of telesales/inside sales experience.
- Previous experience in Insurance Sales, Bank Guarantees, or Surety Bonds will be preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and regular follow-ups.
