Job Overview

We are hiring Telecalling / Telesales Executives for a banking process in Marathahalli, Bengaluru.

The role involves outbound customer calling, understanding customer requirements, explaining relevant banking products and services, generating leads, and supporting customer acquisition through effective communication.

Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates must meet the mandatory language, communication, and shift requirements mentioned below.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers as part of the banking process.
- Explain banking products and services clearly and accurately.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Generate leads and support customer acquisition.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Follow up with customers as required.
- Maintain accurate customer and call records.
- Follow process, quality, and compliance guidelines.
- Meet assigned productivity and performance targets.
- Maintain professional communication throughout customer interactions.

Mandatory Candidate Requirements
- 12th Pass, Undergraduate, or Graduate candidates can apply.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–5 years of experience are eligible.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- English + any one of the following regional languages: Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, or Kannada.
- Good customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and telesales.
- Sales-oriented approach and confidence while speaking with customers.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Comfortable working 6 days per week with 1 rotational weekly off.
- Willing to work rotational shifts.
- Immediate joiners preferred.





Language Requirement Candidates must be able to communicate effectively in:

English + Tamil / Malayalam / Telugu / Kannada

Valuable spoken communication, clear pronunciation, active listening, and confidence in customer conversations are required for this voice-based role.

Assessment Requirement

Candidates may be required to meet the prescribed Versant Level 4 communication assessment requirement as part of the selection process.

Shift Details

- Rotational 9-hour shifts
- Shift timings may fall between 7:00 AM and 12:00 AM
- Shift allocation will depend on business requirements
- Candidates must be comfortable with rotational working hours

Salary & Allowances Salary: ₹20,000 CTC per month

Approx. Take-Home: ₹16,000 per month

Language Allowance: ₹1,800, applicable as per eligibility

Shift Allowance: ₹1,200, paid once every 3 months as per applicable eligibility
