Role Description This is a full-time remote Telecalling role at PropVision. The Telecaller will contact prospective and existing clients to introduce real estate services, understand their property requirements, and share relevant listings or solutions. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, updating call records in CRM or tracking systems, and coordinating follow-ups with the sales or property advisory team.

The role involves answering questions about properties, scheduling appointments or virtual consultations, and providing courteous, timely information to support client decision-making.



The Telecaller will also work with internal teams to relay client feedback and help improve service quality.

Qualifications

- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills, with a clear and professional phone manner.
- Customer service and client relationship skills, including patience, empathy, and the ability to handle objections.
- Basic sales and persuasion abilities, with comfort in outbound calling and lead follow-up.
- Competence in using computers, CRM tools, and online communication platforms.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and meet call and follow-up targets.
- Prior experience in telecalling, call center, or real estate support is an advantage but not mandatory.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, communications, or real estate is a plus.
- Skilled conduct, reliability, and willingness to learn about real estate services and market trends.
