Brand Pilot is looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller / Business Development Executive to join our team on a Work From Home basis.
The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their business requirements, introducing our digital marketing services, generating new business opportunities, and following up with interested prospects.
This role is suitable for freshers as well as experienced candidates who have good communication skills and are interested in sales and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from the leads provided.
- Understand customer requirements and identify suitable business opportunities.
- Explain our digital marketing services clearly to potential clients.
- Generate leads through phone calls and regular follow-ups.
- Follow up with interested prospects through calls and WhatsApp.
- Build and maintain good relationships with potential customers.
- Maintain basic records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales and digital marketing team.
- Work towards assigned sales and client-acquisition targets.
- Maintain professional and friendly communication with customers.
Requirements
- Good verbal communication skills in Tamil.
- Basic conversational English is preferred.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge.
- Good follow-up and convincing skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, sales, customer support, or business development will be an advantage.
- Candidates should have a laptop/computer and reliable internet connection for working from home.
