About PKR Estates LLPPKR Estates LLP is a Chennai-based real estate development company focused on residential development, redevelopment, and quality housing projects across Tamil Nadu. We are looking for an experienced and confident Telecaller to join our team at St. Thomas Mount, Chennai.

We are looking for a Telecaller (Female) with 2–3 years of experience to handle inbound and outbound calls, follow up with prospective customers, explain real estate projects, and support the sales team in converting leads into site visits and potential sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Make inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Follow up regularly with leads generated through marketing channels.
- Explain project details, pricing, offers, amenities, and other relevant information.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable project information.
- Convince and motivate interested customers to schedule site visits.
- Maintain accurate records of calls,



lead status, and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and site visits.
- Handle basic customer queries professionally and escalate complex queries when required.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong verbal communication and good convincing skills.
- Excellent follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers, spreadsheets, and CRM systems.
- Valuable interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally in English and Tamil.
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
- Any Graduate is preferred.
