- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from company-provided leads and databases.

- Handle inbound enquiries and provide customers with accurate information about properties and projects.

- Understand customer requirements such as budget, location, property type, and preferred configuration.

- Explain project details, pricing, amenities, offers, payment plans, and other relevant information.

- Generate and qualify leads through effective telephonic communication.

- Follow up regularly with prospective customers and maintain lead engagement.

- Schedule and coordinate property site visits with interested customers.

- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions in CRM or Excel.

- Coordinate with the sales or site team for lead follow-up and site visit management.

- Achieve assigned calling, lead generation, site visit, and sales targets.

- Handle customer queries and objections professionally and provide appropriate information.

- Maintain regular follow-up with leads until conversion or closure.

- Prepare daily/weekly reports on calls, leads, follow-ups,



and site visits.

- Maintain a professional relationship with prospective and existing customers.

- 1–4 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, or customer handling.

- Real estate industry experience is preferred.

- Positive verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
