Experience: Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply; prior telecalling/sales/EdTech experience preferred.

? ABOUT THE ROLE

Maths Mama Edtech is looking for a confident, energetic and student-focused Tele-Caller who can connect with parents and students, understand their requirements and help them choose the right JEE Mathematics learning programme.

You will primarily work with qualified leads generated through Meta Ads and follow up with them professionally.

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Call and follow up with leads generated through Meta Ads
- Speak with parents and students regarding JEE Mathematics programmes
- Understand their academic requirements, challenges and goals
- Explain our 1:1 mentorship, group classes, workshops and other programmes
- Answer basic queries and build trust with prospective students/parents
- Qualify leads and identify genuine prospects
- Schedule trial/demo classes with the teaching team
- Maintain accurate call and lead records in CRM/Google Sheets
- Follow up consistently with interested prospects
- Coordinate with the teaching and admissions team
- Work towards improving lead-to-enrolment conversion

? WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We want someone who is:

✅ Confident and comfortable speaking over the phone

✅ Polite, patient and persuasive





✅ Comfortable communicating with parents and teenagers

✅ Fluent in Hindi & English

✅ Regional language proficiency is an advantage

✅ Comfortable using Google Sheets/CRM/basic computer tools

✅ Self-motivated and disciplined while working remotely

✅ Interested in education and student success

Previous experience in telecalling, inside sales, counselling or EdTech is a strong advantage.
