– Telecaller (Loan Recovery & Collection) Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending loan EMIs and overdue payments . Follow up with customers and remind them about their due/overdue payments . Communicate professionally with customers and understand their payment-related concerns.
Obtain PTP (Promise to Pay) and ensure timely follow-up. Maintain accurate customer and collection records using Microsoft Excel . Update daily calling, PTP, payment and follow-up reports in MS Excel .
Coordinate with the field collection team for cases requiring physical visits. Key Requirements:
- Positive communication skills in Hindi & Punjabi ; basic English preferred. Basic to good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and computer operations is mandatory. Candidates with experience in tele calling , loan collection, recovery, banking, NBFC or BPO will be preferred. Ability to maintain daily reports and customer records accurately.
