We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller who can connect with potential clients, understand their requirements, introduce our digital marketing services, and generate qualified leads and appointments for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential business clients.
- Introduce Anjnay Marketing Solutions and our digital marketing services.
- Understand the prospect's business and marketing requirements.
- Identify interested and qualified prospects.
- Schedule meetings/calls for the Business Development Team.
- Follow up with interested prospects regularly.
- Maintain daily records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and outcomes.
- Handle basic client questions professionally.
- Achieve daily calling and monthly lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for successful lead conversion.
Skills Required
- Valuable communication skills in Marathi, Hindi & English.
- Confident and polite telephone communication.
- Basic understanding of sales and customer handling.
- Ability to convince and engage prospects.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer/CRM knowledge is an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
