Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using warm and cold calling techniques to generate new business opportunities.
- Engage clients through skilled phone communication, understanding their needs and presenting tailored technology solutions.
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, update customer information, and manage sales pipelines efficiently.
- Apply consultative selling strategies to identify customer requirements and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Negotiate terms, overcome objections, and close deals effectively while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or B2B sales with a strong track record of deal closing
- Familiarity with outbound calling strategies, warm calling techniques, and telemarketing best practices.
