AlphaZet Services is a fast-growing B2B company in Ahmedabad that helps startups and MSMEs run and grow their business. We offer website and app development, CA and accounting services, all types of CA compliance (GST, ROC, income tax and more), and all business certificates and registrations.

About the role

You will call business owners and directors, introduce our services, find the ones who genuinely need them, and book meetings or calls with our team. You do not need to close the deal. Your job is to find real, interested clients and pass them to us.

Key responsibilities

- Make outbound calls daily to startups, recent companies and MSMEs from the lead list we provide
- Pitch our services (website, app development, CA and compliance, certificates) using the given script
- Find out which service the prospect needs right now and whether they are the decision-maker
- Handle common objections such as "we already have a CA" or "not interested right now"
- Schedule confirmed meetings or calls with our team
- Record every call and lead in the tracking sheet daily
- Follow up with interested prospects until the meeting happens

Who can apply





- 6 months+ of outbound calling experience (telecalling, BPO, EdTech, IT services, insurance, loans, B2B sales). Strong freshers with excellent communication can also apply.
- Fluent in Gujarati and Hindi. Basic English is a plus.
- Comfortable with rejection and repeated calling
- Clear voice, confident, polite and persistent
- Able to explain simple tech and compliance services in plain language (we will train you)
- Basic computer skills (Excel/Google Sheets)

Salary and incentives

- Monthly target: 4 times your fixed salary, in revenue from clients you source
- Incentive: 5% on the revenue you achieve up to the target
- Above target: 30% on all revenue beyond the target
- Incentive is paid on payments actually received from the client
- Example: at ₹15,000 salary, bringing ₹1,00,000 in client revenue earns ₹15,000 incentive, so ₹30,000 total that month

Work details

- Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (work from office)
- Timing: 10AM to 7PM OR 11AM to 8PM, Monday to Saturday

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
