Job Summary
We are hiring Tele Counsellors to join our lead generation team. In this role, you will reach out to prospective students, provide information regarding aviation courses, and invite them to attend free career counselling sessions at our institutes.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and guide them through course details.
- Encourage interested candidates to attend free career counselling sessions at our centers.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with potential students to ensure center visits.
- Build strong rapport and effectively communicate course advantages.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Education:
Graduate or Undergraduate (12th Pass with result in hand).
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of outbound tele-calling or telesales experience required.
- Age Limit: 18 to 34 years.
- Languages Required: Fluent in English and Kannada (Tamil is a plus).
- Key Skills: Telesales, Customer Support, Basic Computer Knowledge, Communication, and Sales.
Work Schedule
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
- Weekly Off: Sunday (Fixed Off)
